摘要
影响动物源性食品安全的因素较多,主要表现在饲草和饲料的污染、动物疾病滥用激素和抗生素药物、饲养环境不佳等方面,对动物食品的安全产生了不利影响。基于此,本文立足动物源性食品安全管理实际对影响因素进行了重点分析并制定有效的应对策略,为动物源性食品安全的管控提供方法支持,推动动物源性食品安全管理工作的开展。
There are many factors that affect the safety of animal-derived foods, mainly in the pollution of forage and feed, the abuse of hormones and antibiotics by animal diseases, and the poor breeding environment, has an adverse effect on the safety of animal food. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis of influencing factors based on the actual animal-derived food safety management and formulates effective countermeasures to provide methodological support for the control of animal-derived food safety and promote the development of animal-derived food safety management.
