摘要
防爆电气设备在矿井严酷环境下长期运行存在安全隐患,为预测矿井防爆电气设备关键部件和结构的运行可靠性,利用posWeibull软件分别建立四种故障部件数据表对寿命分布进行了验证,并利用威布尔分布对防爆电机失效过程进行有效建模,绘制了关键部件的可靠性曲线,预测了电机的平均寿命。指出电机寿命服从威布尔分布,加强绕组部件的可靠性可有效提高电机的有效寿命。
There are safety hazards in the long-term operation of explosion proof electrical equipment in the harsh environment of the mine.In order to predict the operation reliability of key components and structures of mine explosion-proof electrical equipment,it uses posWeibull software to establish four fault component data tables respectively to verify the life distribution,and uses Weibull distribution to effectively model the failure process of explosion-proof motor,The reliability curve of key components is drawn,and the average life of the motor is predicted.It is pointed out that the service life of motor obeys Weibull distribution,and strengthening the reliability of winding components can effectively improve the service life of motor.
