通过对某采气厂2020年度危险作业开展情况及存在问题分析,总结了当前采气生产单位在危险作业管理中普遍存在的主要问题,采用过程管理与流程化管理思路,对该厂现行危险作业管理的制度和方法进行了优化重组,并引入了网格化管理与模块化管理理念,结合数字化、智能化手段制定了一套适用于气田安全生产的危险作业管理流程和方法。

Based on the analysis of working conditions and existing problems of hazardous operation in a gas production plant in 2020,the concepts of grid and modular management are introduced with optimizes and reorganizes the current management system and ideas of process management.A set of scientific and effective hazardous operation management processes and methods are formulated combined with digital and intelligent methods,which is suitable for gas field safety production.
