为杜绝冶金企业有限空间事故的发生,杜绝盲目施救现象出现,从有限空间及危险因素分类出发,对有限空间事故类型、事故特征、作业特征进行分析,提出在有限空间辨识、加强教育培训、配备应急器材、落实作业审批、加强现场管理5个方面落实有限空间作业风险管控工作。

The limited space operation is risky for metallurgical enterprises.In order to avoid accidents and eliminate blind rescue,the type of limited space accidents,accident and working characteristics of metallurgical enterprise limited space and the classification of risk factors were analyzed.Risk management and control of limited space operation shall be implemented in five aspects:identification of confined space,strengthening education and training,equipping emergency equipment,implementing operation approval and strengthening on-site management.So as to hold the key points,key parts and key links of limited space operation risk,prevent and reduce the occurrence of limited space accidents.
