专利视角下高校技术创新能力评价研究--以绍兴文理学院为例

On the Evaluation of University Technological Innovation Ability from the Perspective of Patent:Taking Shaoxing University as an Example

专利是衡量高校技术创新能力的重要指标.通过德温特专利数据库,以绍兴文理学院为例,采用专利计量法,从多个专利计量指标分析其专利现状.发现该校专利申请起步较晚且申请年度趋势不明显,绝大多数专利是发明专利,但有效专利不足50%,专利IPC分类较多地集中在B部、C部及G部,同时在D部的申请势头也相对较强,专利申请以中国专利为主,专利发明人主要集中在机械与电气工程学院和土木工程学院,校企合作突出,近五年正在开发的新技术主要集中在医学领域,在化学、物理、环境科学、纺织等领域也有所开发.

Patent is an important indicator to measure the technological innovation of universities.Using Derwent Innovations Index as the data source,and taking Shaoxing University as an example,the present paper analyzes the current status of the patents of Shaoxing University from several patent metric indexes by means of patentometry.It is found that the patent applications started very late and there has not been an obvious annual trend of applications;the majority of patents are of an invention type,fewer than half of patents being effective;the patents are mostly concentrated in Part B,Part C and Part G in the IPC classification,with a relatively strong patent application momentum in Part D;patent applications are mainly in China;the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the School of Civil Engineering have the most patent inventors;the school-enterprise cooperation is outstanding;the emerging technologies are primarily in medicine,with some developments in chemistry,physics,environmental science and textiles.
