摘要 装配式钢结构高层住宅是新型建筑工业化的典型代表,推动了装配式钢结构的发展。为了全面认识装配式钢结构高层住宅在全寿命周期经济成本,分析了前期准备阶段、建设阶段、运营维护阶段、处置回收阶段各项经济成本,并通过案例分析,证明了装配式钢结构高层住宅具有基础造价低、有效使用面积大、施工周期短、用工量少、建筑垃圾少、钢材回收利用率高等特点,符合全寿命周期绿色发展理念,值得推广和应用。 The high-rise residential building of prefabricated steel structure is a typical representative of new building industrialization,which promotes the development of prefabricated steel structure.In order to fully understand the economic cost of the prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential building in life cycle,the economic costs in preparation stage,construction stage,operation and maintenance and disposal stage were analyzed.Through case analysis,the advantages of the prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential building is presented,such as lower cost of base,larger effective use of the area,shorter constructions period,less labor,less construction waste,higher steel recycling rate.The high-rise residential building of the prefabricated steel structure is accordance with the green development concept in life cycle,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
