摘要
基于文献综述、问卷调查与访谈,对校企合作模式进行分类,构建工程管理专业学生的竞争力体系,研究不同校企合作模式对工程管理专业学生的竞争力提升影响。结果表明,与知识和特质维度相比,校企合作对学生能力维度竞争力的提升最显著;而在所有要素中,校企合作对适应环境特质的提升最明显。
This paper explores the influence of different university-enterprise cooperation models on the competence of construction management students through literature review,questionnaire survey and interview.The results indicate that the university-enterprise cooperation has a more significant impact on the improvement of capability with comparison to knowledge and quality,and more on the improvement of environmental adoption quality among all the competence factors.
