摘要
重量控制对浮体生产装置至关重要,特别是建造过程的重量不确定系数,在统计过程中需要进行严格控制。本文依托陵水17-2半潜式生产平台船体建造过程中的重量控制方法,通过对钢板厚度差、焊接及油漆等重量单元的精确计算,得出浮体生产装置建造过程中的建造系数的量化统计方法,进而为全船重量控制报告提供更准确的数据支持。
Weight control is very important for floating production units.In particular,the weight control construction allowance should be strictly controlled in the statistical process.Based on the weight control method in the hull construction process of the Lingshui 17-2 semi-submersible production platform,the quantitative statistical method of construction allowance is acquired through accurate calculation of weight components such as steel plate thickness tolerance,weld material,and paint.This method provides a more accurate data support for the weight control report of hulls.
