基于液压滑移合拢模式下的深水半潜式平台建造分析研究

摘要 深水半潜式平台建造在世界范围内有许多典型合拢案例,本文从平台上模块与船体大合拢模式的选型分析入手,总结了适合海油工程青岛建造场地大合拢方式。假定平台船体和模块全部在青岛场地建造并完成大合拢建造作为课题研究基础,选取液压滑移合拢模式作为大合拢方法。更进一步,本文结合公司建造场地设备设施能力,对5万吨级的半潜式平台滑道建造合拢施工要点进行分解剖析,得出了技术可行性研究结论。 There have been many typical cases of the construction of deepwater semi-submersible platforms all over the world.Starting from the analysis of the selection of the large closure mode of module and hull on the platform,this paper summarizes the large integration mode suitable for the construction site of China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)in Qingdao.Assuming that all the platform hull and modules are built in Qingdao and the large integration construction is completed as the research basis,it selects the hydraulic sliding integration mode as the large integration method.Moreover,in combination with the equipment and facility capacities of the construction site,it analyzes the key points of the construction and integration of the slide-way of the 50000 ton semi-submersible platform,and obtaines the conclusion of the technical feasibility study.
