摘要
为了获得猪肺炎支原体疫苗候选菌株,本试验采集疑似猪肺炎支原体感染的病变肺脏,通过分离培养、PCR鉴定、序列分析、生化鉴定、生长抑制试验和致病性试验等方法进行验证。结果显示:分离获得1株猪肺炎支原体菌株,并命名为CJ株。分离株攻毒猪后可产生典型的猪支原体肺炎症状和病变,说明该分离株对猪具有一定的毒力。因此,该菌株可用于建立支原体菌猪肺炎模型,并作为猪肺炎支原体疫苗候选株。
In order to obtain candidate Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine strain,lung tissues from swine suspected of M.hyopneumoniae infection were collected for culture isolation,PCR identification,sequence analysis,biochemical identification,growth inhibition test and pathogenicity test.The results showed that a M.hyopneumoniae strain was isolated and named as CJ strain;the isolated strain produced typical mycoplasma pneumonia symptoms and lesions in challenged pigs,indicating its pathogenic potential.Therefore,this strain can be used to establish a mycoplasma pneumonia model and further investigated as a vaccine candidate.
