水性水喷砂防锈剂的研制及应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 以油酸、二乙烯三胺和二甲苯合成咪唑啉中间体,采用亚磷酸二甲酯对其进行季铵化,得到防锈剂主体IM-P;采用钼酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、磷酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)复配得到水性水喷砂防锈剂CTH-SH。通过水喷砂样板防锈性能评价、电化学测试、SEM、EDS、涂层附着力以及涂层耐盐雾性等对CTH-SH进行了防锈性能评价以及与环氧富锌底漆的配套使用性能研究。研究结果表明:2%CTHSH防锈剂对Q235在3.5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀率可达99.6%;添加2%CTH-SH防锈剂的水喷砂样板室温下晾干后,2周内无明显返锈点,对后续环氧富锌底漆的附着力、耐盐雾性等性能无明显影响。 The imidazoline was synthesized from oleic acid,diethylenetriamine and xylene,which was then quaternized with dimethyl phosphite to obtain the main part of antirust agent IM-P. Then the waterborne hydro-sandblasting rust inhibitor CTH-SH was prepared by blending of IM-P with sodium molybdate,sodium gluconate,sodium phosphate and EDTA.The antirust performance of CTH-SH and its compatibility with epoxy zinc-rich primer were evaluated by the antirust performance,electrochemical test,SEM,EDS,adhesion and salt spray resistance of the coatings on the hydro-sandblasted sample plate. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition rate of Q235 with 2% CTH-SH antirust agent was 99. 6% in3. 5% NaCl solution,and there was no obvious rust spots in 2 weeks after the hydro-blasted sample plate with 2% CTH-SH antirust agent was dried at room temperature,and no obvious effect on the adhesion and salt spray resistance of the subsequent epoxy zinc-rich Primer.
