摘要
在互联网技术与实体产业的结合催生下,平台以创新思维引领新经济的发展趋势,平台化正在推动我国物流业从分离走向连接、从无序走向集约。基于当前中国物流业的特点,货运物流平台取代线下交易路径可创造显著价值,并可高效获取市场和盈利空间。实施平台战略是物流企业升级转型的重要战略选择,文中在已有理论的基础上,根据企业实践提出物流企业平台化转型升级的路径,研究发现,物流企业在平台化过程中会受用户参与、产品服务、企业规模这三个因素影响,因此,应根据合企业实际情况规划平台战略,借力互联网实现物流平台化高速发展。
Under the birth of the combination of Internet technology and real industry,the platform leads the development trend of new economy with innovative thinking,and the platformization is promoting China's logistics industry from separation to connection and from disorder to intensive.Based on the current characteristics of China's logistics industry,freight logistics platform can create significant value instead of offline transaction path,and can efficiently obtain market and profit space.The implementation of platform strategy is an important strategic choice for the upgrading and transformation of logistics enterprises.On the basis of existing theories,this paper puts forward the path of platformization transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises according to enterprise practice.It is found that in the process of platformization transformation,logistics enterprises will be affected by three factors of user participation,product service and enterprise scale,so it is necessary to use the Internet to realize the rapid development of logistics platform.
