Financial Analysis of Xinning Logistics Based on Harvard Analysis Framework

物流业融合了运输、仓储、信息等多项业务,在经济快速发展中承担着极为重要的任务。伴随着电子商务的兴起、行业鼓励政策的出台、对外贸易的繁荣,物流行业发展空间更为广阔,但同时企业之间竞争激烈,再加上物流业本身就存在基础设施规模大和资金回收周期长的问题,部分企业面临巨大压力。新宁物流作为首家在创业板成功上市的物流企业,在行业内有着重要地位,因此文中以其为例进行分析,基于哈佛分析框架,利用新宁物流公司2016-2020年的年报数据和公开信息,研究影响公司的主要财务因素,并提出具体可行的建议,以期为企业管理者及其他利益相关者提供借鉴。

The logistics industry integrates multiple businesses such as transportation,warehousing,information,etc.,which undertakes extremely important tasks in the rapid economic development.With the rise of e-commerce,the introduction of industry encouragement policies,and the prosperity of foreign trade,the logistics industry has broader development space,but at the same time,the competition among enterprises is fierce,and the logistics industry itself has large infrastructure and capital recovery cycles.Some companies are faced with tremendous pressure on the long-term problem.As the first logistics company successfully listed on the ChiNext,Xinning Logistics has an important position in the industry.Therefore,this article takes is as an example to carry out the analysis,based on the Harvard analysis framework,uses the annual report data and public information of Xinning Logistic from 2016 to 2020 to study the main financial factors that affect the company,and put forward specific and feasible recommendations,with a view to providing a reference for business managers and other stakeholders.
