Comparative Study on the Competitive Performance of Rookie Players Under the Background of CBA Draft System

目的对CBA选秀大会的发展历程和制度演变进行了梳理,并借助Topsis-RSR综合评价方法对历年新秀球员在新秀赛季的攻防能力进行深度分析,旨在为CBA选秀的持续发展提供理论借鉴,为年轻球员进军CBA联赛提供实践参考。方法文献资料法、数理统计法、综合评价法。结果与结论1)CBA选秀大会历经6年的不断改革和完善,逐渐趋于成熟化,成为年轻球员进入CBA联赛的主流渠道,历年参选球员人数占比和选中比方面,俱乐部球员和大学生球员占比较多,港澳台球员和体育局推荐/个人报名球员占比较少。2)经检验,采用Topsis-RSR综合评价方法对历年新秀球员攻防能力进行排序和分档较为合理。3)港澳台球员历年参选球员人数较少,仅在2017~2018赛季整体表现突出,攻防评分和等级均名列前茅;俱乐部球员在2018~2019赛季新秀球员整体攻防评分和等级均名列前茅;2019~2021赛季大学生球员整体攻防水平远超其他3类球员占据主体地位。

Objective The development history and institutional evolution of the CBA Draft was sorted out,and the offensive and defensive abilities of rookie players in their rookie seasons were analyzed in depth with the help of the comprehensive evaluation method of Topsis-RSR,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the continuous development of the CBA Draft and practical reference for young players to enter the CBA League.Methods Literature review,mathematical and statistical method,comprehensive evaluation method.Results and Conclusion 1)After six years of continuous reform and improvement,the CBA Draft has gradually matured and become the mainstream channel for young players to enter the CBA League.In terms of the number of players participating in the draft and the selection ratio in previous years,club players and college players accounted for more,while Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan players and players recommended by the Sports Bureau/individual registration players accounted for less.2)It has been tested that it is reasonable to use the comprehensive evaluation method of Topsis-RSR to rank and grade the offensive and defensive abilities of rookie players in the past years.3)Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan players,who have participated in a smaller number of players over the years,have only excelled overall in the 2017 to 2018 season,ranking top in both offensive and defensive ratings and grades.Club players ranked among the top in overall offensive and defensive ratings and grades for rookie players in the 2018 to 2019 season.College players dominated the 2019 to 2021 seasons with overall offensive and defensive levels well ahead of the other 3 categories.
