CAD/CAM高嵌体修复根管治疗后磨牙大面积缺损的临床应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的评价计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)高嵌体修复根管治疗后磨牙大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法收集2015年1月至2018年1月CAD/CAM高嵌体修复根管治疗后磨牙大面积缺损的患牙共90颗,分别于修复后即刻、6个月、12个月后对修复效果进行评价,统计满意度。结果修复后即刻,除了颜色匹配度A级为97.78%,其他修复效果均达到A级(100%);6个月后,修复体颜色匹配度及牙龈状况的A级均为96.67%,其余均为100%;12个月后,均出现不同比例较少的B级。统计分析不同时间点修复效果评价数据,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。12个月后的满意度均达到85%以上。结论 CAD/CAM高嵌体修复根管治疗后磨牙大面积缺损的临床效果明显,满意度高,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM) onlays restoration of molars with extensive defect after root canal treatment. Methods A total of 90 molars with extensive defect after root canal treatment were randomly selected to accept the CAD/CAM onlays restoration. The effect was evaluated immediately, 6 months and 12 months after the restoration, and satisfaction was calculated. Results Immediately after the restoration, all restoration effect reached grade A(100%), except for the color matching grade A(97.78%). After 6 months, the color matching and gingival condition of the prosthesis in grade A were 96.67% and 100%, respectively. After 12 months, there were grades B. After 12 months, the satisfaction rate was over 85%, and there were no dissatisfied cases.Conclusions The clinical effect of CAD/CAM onlays restoration was good in the treatment of molars with extensive defect.
