大口径长距离S形铺管轨迹定向穿越工程施工难点及对策 被引量:1

摘要 结合塘坂引水闽江入海口段定向钻输水线路穿越工程,项目拉管管线为管径DN1200(Φ1220×22mm)的钢管,穿越长度2005 m,是目前国内外较为少见的大口径长距离S形铺管轨迹定向穿越工程。分析其在长距离S形铺管轨迹导向孔钻进、大口径扩孔以及大孔道大回拖力管道回拖3个主要施工阶段中的技术难点,采用有限元数值模拟方法,对管道回拖力进行计算,助力钻机选型与管道回拖受力分析,并结合现项目实际情况,采用对穿导向技术、大级差扩孔、管道回拖浮力控制以及钻杆防回弹等相应的解决方案,以期为今后类似大规模管道工程水平定向钻项目提供参考。 This paper combined with the directional drilling water transmission line crossing project of Tangban water diversion Minjiang River Estuary,the pipe pulling pipeline of the project is DN1200(Φ1220×22mm)steel pipe,with a crossing length of 2005m,is a relatively rare large-diameter;long-distance and S-shaped pipe laying track directional crossing project at home and abroad.By analyzing the technical difficulties in the three main construction stages of long-distance and S-shaped pipe laying track guide hole drilling,large-diameter reaming and large channel large drag back force pipeline drag back,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to calculate the pipeline drag back force,power assisted drilling rig selection and pipeline drag back force analysis,and combined with the actual situation of the current project,the through guide technology,large differential reaming The corresponding solutions such as pipeline drag back buoyancy control and drill pipe anti rebound are expected to provide reference for similar large-scale horizontal directional drilling projects in the future.
