摘要
以某超高层建筑四层地下室工程的逆作法工程实践为例,通过对界面层的选择及其取土口的设置、地下室底板完成前界面层以上结构施工层数、“两墙合一”的地下室外墙防水技术质量控制,以及采用矩形钢管混凝土柱和型钢支撑组合而成的支撑芯筒抗侧力体系,对核心筒等关键技术进行探讨分析,探讨逆作法设计施工过程可能遇见的难点重点及其解决办法,以达到安全、省时、省工的目的。
A super-high building based on four layers of basement engineering uni-axial engineering practice,through to the interface layer selection and removal of mouth before completion of setting,the basement floor construction layer,interface layer above the joining together of two walls of basement exterior wall waterproof technology quality control and the rectangular steel pipe concrete column and steel combination support support core key technology such as resistance to lateral force system as the core tube summarized analysis,this paper uni-axial may meet difficulties of key design and construction process and its solutions,to achieve the goal of safety,saving time and Labour.
