福州市浦上河黑臭水体综合治理探析

Analysis on comprehensive treatment of black and odorous water body of Pushang River in Fuzhou

以福州市金山片区水系综合治理PPP项目浦上河为例,通过污染源调查分析该典型重度黑臭水体形成原因。通过所采用的控源截污、水系连通、清淤疏浚、生态修复、景观提升、水环境物联网等综合治理措施以及治理成效,分析探讨典型重度黑臭水体综合治理工程设计施工的措施和经验做法,以期为其它城市黑臭水体治理提供参考。

Taking Pushang river in the PPP project of comprehensive governance in JinShang area of Fuzhou city as an example,the causes of the formation of the typical heavy black and odorous water were analyzed by investigating the pollution sources.Based on the adopted comprehensive governance measures such as source control,pollution interception,water system connectivity,dredging,ecological restoration,landscape improvement,water environment Internet of things and other governance results,the measures and experience of design and construction of comprehensive treatment project for typical heavy black and odorous water are analyzed,which can provide reference for treatment of black and odorous water bodies in other cities.
