摘要
为解决城市在建设轨道交通过程中因为以设计为导向而导致的精细化和人性化方面的不足,建立以需求理论为基础以城市土地利用性质为导向的通道路径判别模型。引入马塞洛需求理论和寻路需求理论,分析两者组合后的复合型需求并进行路径。根据轨道站点周边的土地开发量,利用多项Logit多项模型计算单类型地块在各种通道路径上的占比,进而根据综合系数判定各个通道路径的类型。对广州市公园前地铁站内行人数据和周边土地开发数据进行收集,将所得数据带入模型中进行验证并提出改进措施。实验结果表明,出行时间最高可缩短20%,充分验证了模型的有效性。该理论模型可以广泛应用在今后的地铁站点综合规划领域。
In order to solve the problems of refinement and humanization caused by the design orientation in the process of urban rail transit construction, a channel path discrimination model based on demand theory and guided by the nature of urban land use is established. This paper introduces Marcello’s demand theory and routing demand theory, analyzes the composite demand after the combination of the two, and analyzes the path. According to the amount of land development around the rail station, the proportion of single type plot in various channel paths is calculated by using the multinomial Logit multinomial model, and then the type of each channel path is determined according to the comprehensive coefficient. This paper collects pedestrian data and surrounding land development data in gongyuanqian subway station of Guangzhou City, and brings the data into the model for verification and puts forward improvement measures. The experimental results show that the travel time can be reduced by 20%, which fully verifies the effectiveness of the model. The theoretical model can be widely used in the future comprehensive planning of subway stations.
