Travel Time Model of Double-Deep Shuttle-Based Storage and Retrieval System Under Single and Dual Command Cycle

现代物流发展对货物的物流效率要求越来越高,穿梭车存储系统(SBS/RS)的应用与优化得到了越来越多的关注。文章通过构建双深度SBS/RS运行时间模型,研究分类存储策略下,指令周期对系统运行效率的影响。首先,分析单指令和双指令下的双深度SBS/RS运行机制。然后,考虑提升机与穿梭车的基本特性以及检索过程中货物重新排列的时间,构建单指令和双指令下双深度SBS/RS的运行时间模型。最后,算例分析结果表明,在分类存储策略下,与单指令相比,双深度SBS/RS进行双指令调度能够提高约三分之一的效率。

The development of modern logistics requires higher and higher logistics efficiency of goods, more and more attention has been paid to the application and optimization of shuttle-based storage and retrieval system(SBS/RS). This paper constructs the travel time model of double-deep SBS/RS under the classified storage strategy. Firstly, this thesis analyzes the operating mechanism of SBS/RS under the single command cycle and dual command cycle. Then, considering the characteristics of the lift and shuttle and the time of goods rearrangement in the retrieval process, the travel time models of double-deep SBS/RS under the single command and dual command are constructed. Finally, based on the comparative analysis, the results indicated that the double-deep SBS/RS under dual command could be improved of the efficiency by about one third compared with single command.
