摘要
为研究省域公路网建设与经济社会发展和交通需求之间的适应性,构建了省域公路网建设适应性综合评价指标体系,并利用信息熵理论将多个异质因素进行综合来评价公路网建设适应性。最后,以湖北省为例,对全省2010-2019年的公路网建设适应性进行评价,得出如下主要结论:湖北省公路网建设与经济社会发展和交通需求的适应性、协调性呈总体上升的趋势,且自2014年起全省公路网建设全面进入基本适应阶段;湖北省近十年的公路网建设适应性总体上随着国民经济发展水平的提高和公路货运量分担率的降低而提高。本研究可为进一步明确湖北省公路交通建设发展方向提供理论支撑,亦可为其他省份公路网建设适应性评价提供参考。
To investigate the adaptability between provincial highway network development and the economic and social development and total transportation demand, a comprehensive evaluation index system for provincial highway network development was constructed. Besides, various heterogenous factors were comprehensively integrated by using Information Entropy Theory to evaluate the adaptability of highway network development. Finally, Hubei Province was taken as an example to evaluate its highway network development adaptability during 2010-2019. The results show that,(1) the adaptability and coordination between provincial highway network development and the economic and social development and total transportation demand is generally in an upward trend, and specifically, Hubei’s highway network development has reached the basic adaptation phase since 2014;(2) the adaptability of Hubei’s highway network development generally rises along with the increase in economic and social development and with the decrease in sharing rate of highway freight volume in the latest ten years. The research results could provide theoretical support for further clarifying the direction of Hubei’s highway development, and could also be a reference for the evaluation of highway network development adaptability of other provinces.
