摘要
本研究以上海市某水源水库进水和出水为研究对象,探究水源水库进出水中微生物群落和物种分布特征的变化.开展了Alpha多样性指数分析、物种组成分析及Beta多样性分析,数据结果反映出该水库水源水中微生物群落的综合变化以及进出水微生物之间的差异和相似之处,为进一步开展同类型水库水源中的微生物研究提供方法和数据支持.
In this study,the influent and effluent of a water source reservoir in Shanghai were selected as the research objects to explore the changes of microbial community and species distribution.Alpha diversity index analysis,species composition analysis and beta diversity analysis were carried out to reflect the comprehensive changes of microbial community,the differences and similarities among the microorganisms in and out of the source reservoir water.These results provide methods and data for further microbial research on water in the same type reservoir.
