甲状腺切除术后并发下行性坏死性纵隔炎一例分析
摘要
回顾性分析1例甲状腺切除术后并发下行性坏死性纵隔炎患者的临床资料。患者于甲状腺切除术后第1天出现胸痛、气促症状,胸部CT检查发现纵隔脓肿,诊断为下行性坏死性纵隔炎,经手术清创引流及抗感染治疗后痊愈。
