摘要
涉外法治人才培养是法治中国建设的必然要求,是"构建人类命运共同体"和"一带一路"倡议的必然基础。涉外法治人才培养的指导思想标准可以概括为"维护国家利益、服务对外交往、具有国际视野、具备综合素质",目标标准可以概括为"德才兼备、国际化、复合型、精英式",实质标准可以概括为"知识标准、能力标准、素质标准"。
The cultivation of foreign-related legal professionals is the necessary requirement for building the rule of law in China,as well as the essential foundation for building a community with a shared future for mankind and the Belt and Road Initiative.The standards of its guiding ideology can be concluded as"safeguarding the national interests,serving foreign exchanges,taking an international vision and possessing comprehensive qualities".The objective standards can be summarized as"cultivating inter-disciplinary elites with international vision who pursue both morality and capability".The substantive standards can be summed up as"knowledge standard,capability standard and quality standard".
