问题导向逻辑下新文科体系的构建原则——以彩礼现象的三重维度及其统一为例

Principles of Constructing the New Liberal Arts System under Problem-oriented Logic——Take the Three Dimensions of the Phenomenon of Bride Price and Their Unification as an Example

当今社会发展迅速,人与人之间联结形态复杂,在当下学科分工条件下,相对复杂的社会现象很难在某一学科内部即可妥善解决。时代呼唤学科分工随着社会发展而发展。新文科并非对旧有学科的否弃,而是立足现有理论条件,通过揭示、分析和批判当前学科工作逻辑的理论前提,推动学科体系发展。彩礼问题作为涉及人类学、社会学和法学等多学科门类的复杂问题,为阐发新文科的构建原则提供了范例。将彩礼现象及其问题化作为运思对象,通过反思这一对象在理论活动中的现象描述方式、构造问题逻辑和形成策略过程,以历史唯物主义的主体向度—能动和客体向度—约束的辩证关系,实现具体问题在新文科视域下的重新整合,这将是廓清新文科发展之构建原则的有效方式。

With rapid social development,the relations among people become more complicated.Under the current disciplinary classification system,it is difficult to address relatively complex social problems by applying knowledge within a single discipline.The era calls for the development of discipline division with the social development.Instead of rejecting or discarding previous disciplines,New Liberal Arts,based on existing theories,reveal,analyze and criticize the theoretical premises of current disciplinary operation logic,so as to promote development of the disciplinary system.Bride price,an issue involving such disciplines as anthropology,sociology and law,serves as an epitome of elucidating the principles of constructing the system of New Liberal Arts.Taking such phenomenon and relevant issues as the object of reflection,and reflecting ways of describing phenomena,the logic of constructing issues and the process of strategy formation in theoretic activities,so as to reintegrate specific issues under the vision of New Liberal Arts from the historical materialism dialectical relations of subject vector(initiative)and object vector(limitation),will be an effective way of clarifying the principles on developing New Liberal Arts.
