摘要
"2030碳达峰,2060碳中和"的双碳目标对我国高校低碳相关专业的人才培养提出了新要求,根据教育部《高等学校碳中和科技创新行动计划》的总体目标,高校建设"低碳科技与管理"专业的必要性不言而喻。围绕新文科发展总体思路,本文提出"低碳科技与管理"专业属于交叉学科方向,聚焦于企业低碳管理中的碳责任确认、碳减排激励、碳抵消管理、碳信息披露和碳效果激励五个关键科学问题,融合碳中和科学技术相关专业知识,构建CROCS企业低碳科技与管理的知识体系,同时从课程体系、实践平台、招生选拔和师资队伍等维度构建其人才培养体系。本文对于高校在双碳目标下的新文科专业建设和人才培养具有一定的参考价值。
The"dual carbon"goal,namely,"peaking carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060",puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in majors related to low carbon in Chinese universities.According to the overall objective of the Action Plan for Scientific and Technological Innovation of Achieving Carbon Neutrality in Institutions of Higher Education,it is necessary for universities to construct the"low carbon technology and management"specialty.Focusing on the overall thoughts on the development of New Liberal Arts,this paper proposes that the"low carbon technology and management"specialty belongs to the category of inter-discipline,focuses on the five key scientific issues in lowcarbon management of enterprises,including clarifying responsibilities for carbon emissions,incentive of carbon emission reduction,management of carbon offsetting,relevant information disclosure and incentive of the effect of emission reduction,and builds the CROCS knowledge system of low-carbon technology and management in enterprises by combining the relevant professional knowledge of carbon neutral technologies.In addition,it constructs its talent cultivation system from such dimensions as curriculum system,practice platform,selective enrollment and teaching staff.This paper is of reference value in the construction of New Liberal Arts specialties and cultivation of talents in universities under the"dual carbon"goal.
