摘要
在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想特别是在习近平法治思想的指引下,推进新文科建设,深化高等法学教育教学改革,培养立德树人、德法兼修的卓越法治人才,是全面推进新时代法治中国建设的重要一环。本文以入选卓越法律人才教育培养基地且已公布法学专业本科培养方案的27所高校为样本,采用内容分析法聚焦培养目标与课程设置的内容特征,实证探究新文科建设背景下本科法学专业教育培养的现状。在数据统计分析的基础上,提出在新文科建设的浪潮中本科法学专业培养方案守正创新的思路:一要完善法学专业人才培养顶层新设计;二要打造高品质法学实践教学和课程新体系;三要拓宽法学研究和法治人才培育质量新视角;四要推动法学学科的多学科交融发展新途径。
Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,especially the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on rule of law,it is an important part of comprehensively promoting rule of law in China in the new era to promote the construction of New Liberal Arts,deepen the reform of higher legal education and teaching,and cultivate outstanding legal talents who pursue pursue both morality and professional knowledge of law.This paper selects 27 universities,which have been selected as training bases of outstanding legal talents and have released their training programs for undergraduate law major,as samples,adopts content analysis approach with the focus on the content characteristics of the training objectives and curriculum,and studies the current training current study the current training programs for undergraduate law major in an empirical way in the context of New Liberal Arts.On the basis of statistical analysis of the data,this paper puts forward some some ideas of adhering to the right orientation and pursuing innovation in mapping out undergraduate law major training program amid the trend of the New Liberal Arts construction.Firstly,refine the new top-level design of training legal professionals;Secondly,build a new system of high-quality legal practice teaching and curriculum;Thirdly,broaden the horizons of legal research and cultivation of legal talents;Fourthly,explore new ways of promoting interdisciplinary development of the law discipline.
