摘要
大管道流量仪表在使用时应达到必要的准确度,否则就失去了使用的价值。而达到准确度要求的前提是必须具有较长的安装直管段。随着工业装备日趋大型化,管径增大与场地紧缩的矛盾日益突出,难以满足安装直管段长度的要求。为此,研发新型仪表及改善流场的整流器,并提出科学的评估方案——流量特性试验室,对提升大管道流量测量的准确度具有指导意义。
Large pipeline flow meter in the use must meet the necessary accuracy,otherwise it will lose the use of value.But the premise of meeting accurucy requirement is a long installation straight pipe section.With the increasing scale of industrial equipment,the contradiction between pipe diameter increases and site contraction becomes increasingly prominent,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of installing straight pipe length.To this end,new instruments and rectifiers for improving flow field are developed,and a scientific evaluation scheme which is characteristic flow laboratory is put forward.The research has guiding significance to improve the accuracy of large pipeline flow measurement.
