智能化控制阀位置精度测试方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前,国内外控制阀企业基本采用游标卡尺或者百分表测试、调试控制阀位置精度,精度低、耗时长、计算繁琐、检测结果重复性不高。采用这些方法时,利用数字化高精度位移感应技术对传统试验方法进行改进和优化。根据国内外控制阀相关产品标准,实现气动直行程控制阀、气动角行程控制阀、电动角行程控制阀的死区、回差、基本误差、始终点偏差、额定行程偏差测试项目的智能化。通过位置精度测试及数据曲线分析,诊断控制阀的装配、工艺、配合磨损、执行器调教、弹簧性能等综合故障。该测试方法可提高控制阀位置和流量控制精度,有利于提升产品质量水平。 At present,control valve enterprises at home and abroad basically use vernier caliper or dial indicator for debugging and testing control valve position accuracy,with low precision,long time consumption,tedious calculation and low repeatability of test results.The traditional test method is improved and optimized by using digital high-precision displacement sensing technology.According to the relevant product standards of control valve at home and abroad,intelligent test about dead zone,return difference,basic error,start and end points deviation and rated travel deviation of pneumatic straight stroke control valve,pneumatic angular stroke control valve and electric angular stroke control valve.Through the position accuracy test and data curve analysis,the comprehensive faults of control valve assembly,process,matching wear,actuator adjustment and spring performance are diagnosed.The control valve position and flow control accuracy are improved,which benefits for improving the product quality level.
