基于PLS路径模型对应用型本科高校满意度的实证分析

Empirical analysis on the satisfaction of application-oriented undergraduate universities based on PLS path model

毕业生对高校满意度是高校运行机制的直接反馈,对高校可持续发展有着重要的意义.借助Python工具,利用PLS路径分析构建测度模型和结构模型,得到影响应用型本科高校满意度的重要隐变量以及路径系数和外部模型的比重,给出了提升应用型本科高校满意度的可行性建议.

Graduates′satisfaction with colleges and universities is the direct feedback of the operation mechanism of colleges and universities,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of colleges and universities.With the help of Python tool and PLS path analysis,the measurement model and structural model was constructed,the important hidden variables affecting the satisfaction of application-oriented undergraduate universities,the proportion of path coefficient and external model was obtained.Then some suggestions was given to improve the satisfaction of applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
