摘要
金针菇(Flammulina filiformis)是我国食用菌工厂化生产中规模最大、产量最高、发展最快和技术最成熟的栽培种类,是食用菌工厂化产业模式的典型代表,其发展经验值得借鉴。综述了我国金针菇工厂化生产的产品优点、企业特征、技术水平、设备研发、管理水平及菌糠综合利用等方面的现状,指出了现存的市场、技术及人才等主要问题,并对这些问题提出了解决思路。以供食用菌科技工作者及企业管理者参考,为我国食用菌工厂化生产模式的进一步发展提供参考和借鉴。
Flammulina filiformis is the largest scale,the highest yield,the fastest development and the most mature technology in the industrial production of edible fungi in China.In this paper,the product advantages,enterprise characteristics,technology level,equipment development,management level and comprehensive utilization of mushroom chaff in our country were summarized.This paper points out the main problems of the existing market,technology and talents,and advances some solutions.It is expected to provide practical technical support for scientific and technological workers and enterprise managers of edible fungi,and to provide reference for the further development of our country’s edible fungi factory production model.
