摘要
随着雷达用电负载的升级,雷达供电系统已经从传统的集中式供电系统逐步过渡到分布式供电系统。单元级分布式电源系统将解决大型相控阵雷达天线阵面的供电难题,改善阵面供电性能。每一个组件电源对应给一个T/R组件供电,实现单点分布供电。文中根据T/R组件的用电需求,结合天线阵面高集成、可重构的形态要求,研制了一款高功率密度、小型化二次电源。给出了电源的理论计算,提出了电源的实现方法,并给出了电源的实物图和测试波形。该电源满足T/R组件应用需求,实现了芯片化形态要求。
With the upgrade of radar power load,radar power supply system has gradually transitioned from traditional centralized power supply system to the distributed power supply system.Unit-evel distributed power system will solve the power supply problem of antenna array for large phased array radar,and improve the power supply performance of the array.Each module power supply supplies power to a T/R module to achieve a single point distributed power supply.According to the power demand of the T/R module,combined with the high integration and reconfigurable requirements of the antenna array,a high power density and miniaturized secondary power supply has been developed.The theoretical calculation of the power supply is given,the implementation method of the power supply is proposed,and the physical graphics and test wavsforms are given.The power supply satisfies the application requirements of the T/R module and realizes the chip form requirement.
