摘要
脉冲澄清池产泥量受原水水质、水量和加药量影响,通过进行不同加药量条件下产泥量的烧杯实验,计算出澄清池日常运行产泥量,进而确定脉冲澄清池小时排泥时间和泥斗的排泥参数,为自控系统中参数设置提供了参考依据,实现了排泥自动化及系统节能减排的目的。
The sludge quantity of the pulse clarifier was affected by the raw water quality, water quantity and chemical dosage. Through the beaker experiment of sludge quantity under different dosing conditions, the daily operation sludge of the clarifier was calculated, and then the hourly sludge discharge time of the pulse clarifier and the sludge discharge parameter value of the sludge hopper were determined, which provided a reference basis for parameter setting in the automatic control system and realized the purpose of sludge discharge automation and the system energy saving and emission reduction.
