摘要
基于水厂供水消毒的安全性和可靠性考虑,为寻找符合城市发展和实际需求的消毒方式,采用次氯酸钠消毒系统替代原液氯消毒系统。介绍了某设计规模为15×10;m;/d水厂的次氯酸钠自控系统的设计和结构,主要包括进药系统、储存系统、投加系统和自控系统,运行按照进料、储存、投加依次工作,同时由自控系统对整个过程按指令进行控制。针对消毒改造进行研究分析,在满足水厂消毒要求的同时提高了消毒系统稳定性,可为同类改造提供参考。
Considering the safety and reliability of water supply disinfection in waterworks, sodium hypochlorite disinfection system was used to replace the original liquid chlorine disinfection system in order to find a disinfection method in line with urban development and actual needs. The design and structure of sodium hypochlorite automatic control system of a waterworks with a design scale of 15×10;m;/d was introduced, mainly included drug feeding system, storage system, dosing system and automatic control system. The operation operated according to the sequence of feeding, storage and dosing, at the same time, the automatic control system controlled the whole process according to the instructions. The research and analysis of disinfection transformation not only met the disinfection requirements of waterworks, but also improved the stability of disinfection system, and could provide reference for similar transformation.
