摘要
探索中国特色学徒制是当下职业教育人才培养模式改革的现实诉求。在充分借鉴发达国家学徒制经验基础上,以"宽基础、活模块"课程理念为理论视角,建构了以"基础模块、主体模块和特色模块"有机衔接的学徒制"模块化"模式框架;根据企业职业教育责任"三层金字塔"模型,将基础模块视为必尽责任下的选择,主体模块视为应尽责任下的选择,特色模块视为愿尽责任下的选择;根据企业职业教育责任的临界点原理,按照责任层级对学徒制"模块化"模式内容进行划分,从而给予多元企业不同的主体定位和差异化的责任承担策略,推动企业自身能力与学徒制人才培养内容的有效匹配,进而实现各利益相关者之间的利润最大化。
To explore the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics is the realistic demand of current vocational education personnel training mode reform.On the basis of learning from the experience of apprenticeship in developed countries,firstly,from the theoretical perspective of“broad foundation,flexible module”curriculum concept,the paper constructs the apprenticeship“modular”model framework with“basic module,main module and characteristic module”as the organic link;secondly,according to the“three pyramid”model of enterprise’s vocational education responsibility,the basic module is regarded as the choice under the responsibility,the main module is the choice under the responsibility,and the characteristic module is the choice under the responsibility;finally,according to the critical point principle of enterprise vocational education responsibility,according to the responsibility level,the apprenticeship“modular”mode content is divided,so as to give diversified enterprises different subject positioning and differentiated responsibility strategy,promote the effective matching of enterprise’s own ability and apprenticeship talent training content,and then realize the profit maximization among stakeholders.
