摘要
适应性是中国特色高职教育因需产生、快速发展的合法性基础。增强适应性就是要努力使高职教育的发展理念和发展方式更加符合其立德树人、产教融合、服务发展、促进就业的本质属性,不断彰显扎根中国大地办学的内生性特质。增强高职教育适应性,应坚持"识变求变应变"的方法论,以服务新发展格局"标尺"校准发展逻辑,通过加强整体治理、加快完善体系结构、深化融合发展、发力"三教"改革、建立增值评价机制、加强理论体系研究、探索地方特色发展模式等构建适应性调适机制,促进发展形态变革,在不断增强自适应能力中加快实现现代化。
Adaptability is the legitimate basis for the rapid development of higher vocational education.To serve new development pattern,we need to have a profound insight into the adaptability of vocational education and the adaptation theory,trying to make the development of higher vocational education idea and development way more in line with strengthening morality.For the purpose of figuring out the logic calibration,system management should be carried out through performing reforms of teachers,teaching methods and materials and establishing value evaluation mechanism and strengthening the theory research by the endogenous adaptation development mechanism.
