整合理念下高职技术技能人才培养的适应性研究

Research on the Adaptability of Technical and Skilled Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges by Integration Concept

技术的快速更迭、社会的品质需求和就业的竞争压力等迫切要求增强高职院校技术技能人才培养的适应性。然而,目前高职院校技术技能人才培养还存在人才培养目标调整跟不上社会需求变化、人才培养条件难以满足适应性培养需要和人才培养评价不利于人才社会适应性的增强等问题,这导致高职院校培养的技术技能人才难以满足经济社会发展与个体发展需要。高职院校可以根据技术更迭和社会发展等环境变化对高职技术技能人才提出的新要求,通过整合培养目标、整合培养条件和整合培养评价等途径来增强技术技能人才培养的适应性。

The rapid change of technology,the quality demand of society and the competitive pressure of employment urgently require higher vocational colleges to enhance the adaptability of technical and skilled talents train.However,there are still some problems in the training of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,such as the adjustment of training target can’t keep up with the change of social demand,the training conditions can’t meet the needs of adaptive training,and the evaluation of talent training is not conducive to the enhancement of social adaptability of talents,as a result,it is difficult for the technical and skilled talents trained by higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of economic and social development and individual development.According to the new requirements of social environment,such as technological change and social development,higher vocational colleges can enhance the adaptability of technical and skilled talents training by means of integrating training objectives,conditions and evaluation.
