飞机起落架液压收放系统的模糊风险评估

摘要 飞机起落架系统的故障频发给飞行安全带来巨大的隐患,为了有效预防起落架液压收放系统故障,选取液压油滤阻塞、收放作动筒泄漏量、液压油泵泄漏量、节流阀阻塞和液压油中空气含量等特征作为评价指标,利用三角形函数来准确描述故障特征与风险等级的隶属关系,采用熵值法和层次分析法相结合来确定各评价指标的权重,利用模糊数学理论构建综合评价模型;通过验证,评估结果与实际风险等级基本吻合。 The frequent failures of aircraft landing gear system bring great hidden dangers to flight safety.In order to effectively prevent failures in the hydraulic retraction/extension system on landing gear,hydraulic filter blockage,retractable actuator leakage,hydraulic pump leakage,throttle valve blockage and air content in hydraulic oil are selected as evaluation indicators.The trigonometric function is used to accurately describe the connection of each fault feature with the risk level.The entropy method and analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the weight of each evaluation indicator.The comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using Fuzzy Mathematic Theory.The verification of specific cases shows that the evaluation results are basically in line with the actual risk levels.
