Research on Tail Gate Troubles on a Certain Helicopter and Related Troubleshooting Methods

从某型直升机尾门故障着手,通过对尾门系统工作原理进行分析,查找到电磁阀、液压管路和电气线路等多处故障点。结合故障逻辑图梳理排故流程,确定排故方法并制定改进措施。理论与实际结合,运用逻辑思维从多角度开展故障分析研究与改进,同时为直升机外场故障排除和维护提供参考。

Based on the analysis of the working principles of tail door system on a certain helicopter,multiple fault points of solenoid valve,hydraulic pipeline and electrical circuit are detected.Based on fault logic diagram,the troubleshooting process is sorted out and the troubleshooting methods are determined and improved.Fault analysis is carried out and improvement measures are presented from multiple angles combining theory with practice and using logical thinking,which meanwhile provides reference for helicopter outfield fault elimination and maintenance.
