Cultural construction is an important step to achieve rural revitalization,develop rural industries and improve farmers’living standards.Giving full play to the leading role of culture can comprehensively promote the development of rural economy,ecology,civilization and talents.Important means of rural revitalization involve realizing cohesive labor forces through cultural values,developing economic and cultural industries as the regenerative power,and promoting the construction of spiritual civilization as the advancing direction.Guizhou is rich in diverse minority cultures,red culture and local cultures.Inheriting and developing these cultural resources can reduce deficiencies in rural construction and promote the construction of new countryside.
