WT小鼠与HSL基因敲除小鼠有氧运动的能力比较研究

摘要 文章研究通过正常小鼠(以下简称WT小鼠)与激素敏感性脂肪酶基因敲除小鼠的最大有氧运动时间的比较,分析HSLKO小鼠有氧运动的能量代谢的特征。实验结果表明,在禁食16h的条件下,HSL基因敲除小鼠的平均最大有氧和运动时间比WT小鼠的平均最大有氧运动时间要长,T检验结果为有显著性差异,说明在禁食16h的条件下HSL基因敲除小鼠的有氧运动能力比WT小鼠的有氧运动能力强;而在非禁食条件下,WT小鼠与HSL基因敲除小鼠的平均最大有氧运动时间没有明显差异,说明在非禁食条件下WT小鼠与HSL基因敲除小鼠的有氧运动能力差异无统计学意义。研究结果表明,禁食状态下HSLKO小鼠的有氧运动能力明显优于WT小鼠,非绝禁状态下HSLKO小鼠的有氧运动能力和WT小鼠未见异常差异。
