摘要 食品检验检测机构主要承担食品营养成分、食品辅助材料及食品添加剂的检验检测等工作,食品检验检测机构的工作质量与检验检测成果与人民群众的身体健康、生命安全息息相关。食品检测机构每年需要对检验工作质量至少进行一次内部审核,以查找出工作当中的漏洞与不足,进而及时采取纠正措施,使不符合项能够得到改进,以达到提升检验检测工作质量的审核目的。 Food inspection and testing institutions are mainly responsible for the inspection and testing of food nutrients,food auxiliary materials and food additives.The work quality and inspection results of food inspection and testing institutions are closely related to the health and life safety of the people.Food inspection institutions need to conduct internal audit on the quality of inspection work at least once a year to find out the loopholes and deficiencies in the work,and then take corrective measures in time to continuously improve the nonconformities,so as to achieve the audit purpose of improving the quality of inspection and testing work.
