融入思政的食品安全案例课程改革--以亚硝酸盐课堂教学为例 被引量:2

摘要 高校课程教学与思政教育的交融,对于学生品质素养的提高、树立科学的价值观和奉献精神具有重要的意义。本文以研究生课程食品安全案例中“亚硝酸盐”课堂教学为例,结合亚硝酸盐对人体健康的危害、中毒案例、中毒原理以及检测手段等课程内容,将爱国思想、创新意识、辩证思维的思想政治元素融入教学中,使学生具有高尚的职业道德、强烈的社会责任感和法律意识,实现食品安全案例课程知识和思政教育相互融合,提高教学质量,达到立德树人的目的。 The integration of college curriculum teaching and political education is of great significance to improve the students’quality,scientific values and the spirit of devotion.As an example of the“nitrite”in the graduate course food safety cases,the ideological and political elements of patriotism,dialectical thinking,innovation ability and environmental awareness are infiltrated into the teaching process based on the contents of the course such as the harm of nitrite to human health,poisoning cases,principles of poisoning,detection methods in order to cultivate students’good professional ethics,social responsibility and the strong sense of law.The curriculum reform is to realize the integration of food safety cases curriculum content and political education,improve the teaching quality and implement the teaching ideas of moral education.
