摘要
目的:初步建立猴头菇提取物的质量标准。方法:对10批次的猴头菇提取物进行感官测定、薄层色谱鉴别、理化指标测定、腺苷含量测定、重金属指标测定和微生物检查。结果:建议猴头菇提取物中水分含量≤7%,灰分含量≤10%,粒度(过100目筛)≥90%,腺苷含量(以干燥品计)≥0.02%,铅含量≤5.0 mg·kg^(-1),砷含量≤2.0 mg·kg^(-1),汞含量≤0.2 mg·kg^(-1),镉含量≤0.3 mg·kg^(-1),菌落总数≤1000 CFU·g^(-1),霉菌和酵母≤100 CFU·g^(-1),大肠埃希氏菌和沙门氏菌不得检出。结论:初步建立了猴头菇提取物的质量标准。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Hericium erinaceus extract.Methods:Sensory determination,TLC identification,physicochemical index determination,adenosine content determination,heavy metal index determination and microbial examination were carried out for 10 batches of Hericium erinaceus extract.Results:It is suggested that the water content in the Hericium erinaceus extract shall be≤7%,the total ash content shall be≤10%,the particle size(through 100 mesh sieve)shall be≥90%,the adenosine content(based on dry product)shall be≥0.02%,lead content shall be≤5.0 mg·kg^(-1),arsenic content shall be≤2.0 mg·kg^(-1),mercury content shall be≤0.2 mg·kg^(-1),cadmium content shall be≤0.3 mg·kg^(-1),total bacterial count shall be≤1000 CFU·g^(-1),mold and yeast content shall be≤100 CFU·g^(-1),Escherichia coli and Salmonella could not be detected.Conclusion:The evaluation system of the quantitative quality control standards for the Hericium erinaceus extract was established.
