摘要
马铃薯是欧美国家的主食,对欧美饮食和社会发展产生重大影响。本文从马铃薯传播历史及重要性研究,马铃薯培育、生产、预防疾病等科技研究,马铃薯产业和食品加工研究,马铃薯研究趋势等几个方面,探究马铃薯研究概况,为马铃薯主粮化战略尽微薄之力。
Potato is the staple food of European and American countries,which has a significant impact on European and American diet and social development.This paper explores the general situation of potato research from the aspects of potato transmission history and importance,potato cultivation,production,disease prevention and other scientific and technological research,potato industry and food processing research,potato research trend and so on.To explore the general situation of potato research and make a modest contribution to the main grain strategy of potato.
