随着社会经济发展水平的提升,人们日常生活质量的改善,人们对食品安全也提出了更高的要求。在新时代背景的影响下,为保障食品生产的安全性,并提高食品质量管理工作的整体水平,需要在食品质量管理阶段,充分发挥出食品安全风险分析工作的作用,从而对管理体系加以完善,保障管理工作的实效性,在最大限度上降低食品安全问题的发生概率。
