Research on Food Safety Issues Based on the Perspective of Enterprise’s Untrustworthy Cost

近年来,企业食品安全问题频频出现,究其原因是企业诚信缺失,失信成本偏低。基于此,本文主要着眼于企业失信成本这一角度来研究食品安全问题,分析食品安全现状,探讨食品安全问题的深层次原因,从而提出科学合理的对策建议,促使企业注重诚信经营,解决食品安全问题,促进食品行业实现健康平稳发展。

In recent years,food safety problems have frequently appeared in enterprises.The reason is the lack of enterprise honesty and the low cost of dishonesty.Based on this,this article mainly focuses on the perspective of the cost of untrustworthy enterprises to study food safety issues,analyze the current situation of food safety,explore the deep-seated causes of food safety issues,and propose scientific and reasonable countermeasures to encourage enterprises to focus on integrity management and solve food safety problems,and promote the healthy and stable development of the food industry.
