摘要
加快推进食品安全信用档案制度的建立和完善,本质上就是促进食品安全风险防范能力以及危机管理意识的有效提升,从根本上强化食品安全事故处理的效率,确保食品溯源体系能够得到合理调整,将安全事故责任明确落实到个人。基于此,本文立足于食品安全信用档案制度管理现状,通过分析其存在的问题,深入探讨问题出现的具体原因,并对目前食品安全信用档案管理模式加以评价,制定相应的解决措施,为食品安全信用制度管理的科学化和合理化奠定坚实的基础。
Accelerating the establishment and improvement of the food safety credit file system is essentially to promote the effective improvement of food safety risk prevention capabilities and crisis management awareness,fundamentally strengthen the efficiency of food safety incident handling,and ensure that the food traceability system can be reasonably adjusted,and clearly assign responsibility for safety incidents to individuals.Based on this,this article is based on the current status of the management of the food safety credit file system,through the analysis of its existing problems,in-depth discussion of the specific reasons for the problems,and evaluates the current food safety credit file management mode,and formulates corresponding solutions to consider food safety the scientific and rational management of the credit system has laid a solid foundation.
