摘要
炒米饼是云浮民间传统工艺小食,但在传承发展过程中,存在难推广、市场认可度不高等问题。本文通过设计问卷,对281人进行调查,对结果进行分析得出结论:目前云浮炒米饼口感单一、口味缺乏创新、包装陈旧甚至存在没有包装的“三无产品”、宣传方式缺乏创新。
Fried rice biscuit is a traditional folk craft snack in Yunfu.However,in the process of inheritance and development,there are many problems,such as difficulty in promotion and low market recognition,due to a variety of reasons,leading to difficult promotion,low market recognition.By designing a questionnaire,281 people were investigated,and the results were analyzed to draw a conclusion.It concluded that fried rice biscuit in Yunfu had a single taste and lacked innovation in taste.Its packaging is old or not.At the same time,the publicity channels are lack of innovation.
