摘要
2021年秋季山西遭遇了百年不遇的涝灾,对我省苹果品质产生了重要影响。本文在山西运城苹果主产区就苹果裂纹裂果情况进行调研,并分析发生原因,为以后运城果区苹果果面质量管理提出建议。
The disaster caused by flooding was occurred in autumn of 2021 in Shanxi province,and the quality of apple fruits was damaged heavily.The skin cracking of apple fruit was investigated and analyzed in Yuncheng as the dominated area of Shanxi province,meanwhile,the factors leading to skin cracking of apple fruits were analyzed and the preventing methods were advised in this paper.
